Over the next few months our development and construction team will embark on a multi million dollar redevelopment project to encompass approximately 100,000 square feet of both the interior and exterior of the most southerly building on the 14 acre site. Fifty six thousand feet will be improved to suit TGP Warehouse Market and the remaining 44,000 sqft will be developed as a new leasing opportunity.
