Nearctic has waived conditions on the purchase of 270 Hunter Road, Grimsby, Ontario.  Upon closing Nearctic will embark on a redevelopment strategy to convert the existing +/- 120,000 square foot, single tenant, industrial property into a multi tenant, small bay, urban industrial warehouse.  The property is well located with exposure and access to the QEW within the Niagara Region.  When redeveloped, the 24 – foot clear height, dock and grade loading, flex building will serve industrial, warehouse, showroom and office uses of +/- 25,000 square feet or greater.
