Nearctic is pleased to announce the addition of Ginette Blais, Senior Property accountant, to our real estate management team.
With almost 10 years of full-cycle accounting experience in the commercial and residential property management industry, Ginette brings a wealth of knowledge to the Nearctic team. She earned her degree in Accounting from Athabasca University and is currently pursuing her CPA designation. Prior to joining Nearctic, Ginette worked in a management position where she played a key role in streamlining accounting processes. Her team building and leadership skills, as well as her understanding of this deadline-driven industry ensured the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements for clients of both private and third-party property management companies. Ginette has worked closely with owners, developers, tenants, and external auditors to provide the highest level of service and strives to bring new and innovative ideas to Nearctic. We look forward to Ginette’s contribution.
