Nearctic Property Group is pleased to announce it has opened an office in Calgary, Alberta this week. The new Calgary office represents ongoing progress toward it’s strategic objective for geographical diversity in its small bay, multi-tenant, industrial real estate business across Canada.
Nearctic’s head office will remain in Edmonton, where it was founded more than 40 years ago by Mr. David Kent. With scale, Nearctic operations offices will be established across Canada so that its team works in close proximity to the real estate portfolio. This will ensure Nearctic has an ongoing platform to execute in alignment with it’s Mission, and Mr. Kent’s founding business principals, including its history of establishing strong customer and vendor relationships, and objectives in quality assurance.
Offices in Toronto & Winnipeg are targeted next to support acquisitions, development, redevelopment, leasing, property and asset management opportunities that are currently being pursued in those real estate markets.
