Nearctic Property Group held its corporate retreat last week in Canmore Alberta ahead of annual revisions to it’s Strategic Business Plan. The event was hosted by CEO and President David Kent. The highlight of the event was finalizing our CEO’s corporate Vision. This facilitated refining our Mission, Values and Key Messages. Our new Vision, Mission Values will be rolled out to the Nearctic Team at our Town Hall next week. Thereafter we will communicate it to the general public. Work on Corporate Governance, Risk, Environmental Scan, Strategic Direction as well as our Human Resource Strategy filled the balance of the agenda.
