Nearctic Property Group is currently recruiting for a reliable, practical, outcome oriented, commercial property maintenance technician for our growing commercial and industrial real estate portfolio in Edmonton.
The successful candidate would be assigned responsibility for repair, maintenance, inspections, contractor relationships, and customer service for half of our growing 750,000 sqft commercial/industrial real estate portfolio located mainly within west Edmonton.
If you have hands on experience in the trades, in construction, in repairs and maintenance, and are inspired by finishing projects, ensuring components function as designed, and insist on working in a safe working environment.
