Among the many attributes of our founder and CEO is an appreciation for art.  The Nearctic head office displays many unique pieces of art like the whalebone carving in the feature photo of this article.  This piece was created by Luke Airut (1942 – 2018).  Luke became known for creating intricately carved ivory and bone pieces depicting scenes of hunting wildlife and family life.  More of Luke’s work can be found at the Vancouver Airport and Winnipeg Art Gallery.

Mr. Kent’s appreciation for art, and the timber and steel that frame our office environment, is unique.  Our office is a balance, a results based culture, where innovation, urgency and the pursuit of excellence exists within an environment designed to inspire, to set time aside, to stand back, to reflect, and to develop an appreciation for the elemental.  It is a truly a remarkable place to practice real estate.
