Construction of the new 60,000 square foot TGP food store along with the adjacent 40,000 square foot leasing opportunity at Nexus Business Park is underway. Pouring the new 100,000 square foot concrete floor slab commenced earlier in the week. An total investment of nearly 10 million in this first phase of redevelopment of the business park will include new interior finishes, electrical, heating & cooling, life safety, exterior, parking and loading surfaces and landscaping. The project is scheduled to be complete in the first quarter of 2021. The redevelopment will revitalize Nexus Business Park and the corner of 142 Street and 116 Avenue NW Edmonton.
